Many people are turning to meditation to help cope with the intense and overwhelming emotions that we face in the world today. From the pain of grief from losing a loved one, to the pandemic, a difficult coworker, to an unexpected bill, to other life circumstances. Meditation can be a tool to help anyone deal with the stresses of life. Meditation helps the body and mind find peace and refuge in a time of great challenge and the benefits of practicing this can calm the emotions, release tension and anxiety in the body and aids in acceptance. Join us for the Knit4Joy Club for ages 10 and up will be held at the Fords Branch Library on Thursday evenings beginning on May 15th from 6:30-8:30 pm.
Walk-ins are welcome. Please bring our own project and supplies, or you can work on a donated project to a needy cause. We hope you enjoy the
